Sharjah Capability Development has continued the delivery of the Masar program, designed to empower young people with personal and professional skills needed to enter the workforce with confidence. Through a series of training workshops and interactive sessions that combine knowledge with hands on application, the program supports participants in developing the capabilities required to thrive in modern work environments.
The first and second days of the program focused on understanding different communication styles and the importance of recognizing how individuals communicate, contributing to stronger trust, mutual understanding and more effective professional relationships. Participants took part in practical exercises and interactive activities that allowed them to apply what they had learned in workplace simulated scenarios, strengthening their ability to communicate, collaborate and work within diverse teams.
The third and fourth days shifted focus to core professional skills, where participants explored the fundamentals of crafting a professional CV, learning how to present their experience and abilities in a way that enhances their competitiveness in the job market. The workshops also addressed the role of artificial intelligence tools in the workplace, exploring best practices for using them to complete tasks more efficiently, accelerate workflows and boost creativity and productivity, with an emphasis on the responsible use of these technologies to support professional growth and improve the quality of outcomes.
Masar is part of Sharjah Capability Development’s efforts to prepare young people with future ready skills that align with the evolving demands of the job market.
