Rubu’ Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, launched in September 2016 under the kind guidance of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Foundation, is the first Emirati, Arab, and regional organization dedicated to shaping a generation of Emiratis capable of leading and impacting the future while remaining rooted in their national identity.
