Sharjah Capability Development (Tatweer) concluded the “Tatweer Forum,” which welcomed more than 223 attendees, along with respected leaders and notable guests whose presence added great value to the event and strengthened its role as an inspiring platform for youth.

This year, Tatweer reached an important milestone, with 747 participants benefiting from its different programs and initiatives. This growth shows the rising interest in Tatweer’s work and its expanding impact in supporting young people across Sharjah.

Held under the theme “For Lasting Impact: Inspiring Minds and Shaping the Future,” the forum offered a rich experience through various sessions and interactive workshops. These sessions highlighted the range of Tatweer’s programs and how they help youth build skills and prepare for the future.

The closing ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz Al Noman, Member of the Board of Trustees of Rubu’ Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, where he honored Tatweer’s 2025 partners and celebrated the graduation of the fourth batch of the Wathba Program, as well as the graduates of the Certified Coach Program for 2024 and 2025.

The event also included the screening of the documentary film “To the Summits: Elbrus Adventure,” which showed the physical and mental challenges participants faced on their adventure to the summit and this was one of the most memorable moments of the forum.

Guests explored Tatweer’s wide range of programs, that focuses on skills such as leadership development, coaching, financial awareness, and creative and literary related talents. The Authors’ Corner, which showcased books written by participants, has received special attention and became one of the most popular stations at the event.

Sharing her experience, Tatweer member Hanan Al Yassi said:
“What I loved most about the event is how it mixed learning with truly inspiring moments. The variety of programs and the Authors’ Corner show actual success stories from Tatweer’s community.”

H.E. Khalid Al Nakhi, Director of Sharjah Capability Development, highlighted the forum’s role in youth development, saying:
“We are proud of the strong turnout and engagement. What we saw today reflects the fruitful collaboration that we have achieved through our partners and the commitment of the youth, who continue to show their ability to create positive change. The wide range of sessions and rich experiences also reflect our mission to build strong and sustainable skills for a more innovative and successful future for Sharjah and the UAE.”

“Tatweer Forum” continues to support Tatweer’s mission of empowering young talents and creating active spaces for dialogue, learning and growth. This aligns with Sharjah’s vision of building a knowledge-based, innovative society that is ready to shape a bright and sustainable future for the next generations.
