Sharjah Capability Development is an organization affiliated with Rubu’ Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, with a focus on fostering skills among passionate and ambitious individuals aged 18 years and above. The organization plays a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of the youth through offering programs that are aligned with the mission of the United Arab Emirates to cultivate character in youth.

Achieve sustainable integration among the RQ entities through designing and delivering of programs, activities and events which fulfill the needs of the future, in collaboration with local and international partners; aiming at unleashing, developing, and investing in the potential of Emirati youths in an environment which inspires creativity and innovation to develop mindful and influential generations.
