A program that pre-qualifies individuals who wish to professionally qualify themselves as coaches. The program will prepare participants to become professionally credentialed coaches under the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Criteria
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a working profession
- Proficient in English
- Must exhibit leadership skills & self-motivation
- Strong communication skills
- Active listeners
